Habits of Heroes 

When WV Visionary Group founders Jim Scott and Alisha Maddox graduated from Leadership West Virginia in 2014, they learned about the many challenges facing our youth, and after talking with many of the state's leaders, they came up with a solution. 

After four years of study, they believed one viable solution is values-based learning. This gives kids in West Virginia an opportunity to have a voice; an opportunity to share their stories; and the opportunity to become a part of a solution in their communities, schools and at home.
